How long is the promotion running for and when do I need to get my entry in by?
The promotional period is from 16th February 2026 to the 29th March 2026 and you must submit your entry during this period.
Where is the promotion running?
The promotion will run in participating supermarket and retail stores (including online, for delivery to addresses in Queensland, Australian Capital Territory or New South Wales) which are stocking specially marked products in Queensland, Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales.
What is on offer?
Instant win prizes
There are up to 1,600 instant win prizes available to be awarded based on pre-determined times (Selected Winning Time) during the Competition Period as follows:
- 1,000 x $10 Virtual Visa Gift Cards;
- 500 x $20 Virtual Visa Gift Cards; and
- 100 x $50 Virtual Visa Gift Cards.
Major prize draw
There is 1 Major prize winner. The Major prize winner has a choice of one (1) of the following, either:
- $50,000 cash, awarded via EFT to the winner's nominated Australian bank account
OR - Ute prize, being a Toyota Hilux SR 2.8L T Diesel Automatic MY26 (valued at $60,000).
How can I enter the promotion?
To enter, individuals must purchase a qualifying product and visit www.norcowinuteorloot.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details, upload a copy of the purchase receipt (when prompted) and then submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
Who can enter?
The promotion is open only to residents of New South Wales, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory who are aged 18 or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
What is a qualifying purchase?
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any specially marked Norco flavoured milk products, from participating supermarket and retail stores (including online, for delivery to addresses in Queensland, Australian Capital Territory or New South Wales) which are stocking specially marked products in Queensland, Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales during the Promotional Period.

What information will I need to complete my entry?
To enter, individuals must input the requested details and upload a copy of the purchase receipt (when prompted).
What proof of purchase do I need?
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, the eligible Norco flavoured milk product(s) and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
If a receipt is not provided to you on purchase, it is the entrant's responsibility to request one.
You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s). If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter multiple times, with a maximum of 24 entries in total during the Promotional Period.
You can only enter once per Qualifying Purchase, however, you can only receive up to 5 entries per itemised purchase receipt (regardless if there are more than 5 Qualifying Purchases on a single itemised receipt).
For clarity:
- If you have made 5 Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction (on one itemised purchase receipt), you may enter 5 times. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You are not automatically awarded 5 entries.
- If you have made 3 Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction (on one itemised purchase receipt), you may enter 3 times. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You are not automatically awarded 3 entries.
- If you have made 10 Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction (on one itemised purchase receipt), you may enter a maximum total of 5 entries and you will not be entitled to any further entries. Receipts determined to have been provided more than the permitted amount, or shared with another person, will result in all entries being invalided and you will lose any right to a prize.
How do I know if my entry was successful?
Entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have provisionally won an instant prize or not.
In the event you are an instant winner, your entry will be validated within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once complete. If your entry is valid, you will also be entered into the Major Draw.
All non-winner entries are entered into the Major Draw, and an email notification will be sent to the email address provided on entry for confirmation.
How will I receive my prize?
Individuals who are a confirmed instant winner of a Virtual Visa Gift Card will receive an email confirming that their prize is being processed, they will receive a further email up to ten business days after confirmation with a link to activate their Virtual Visa Gift Card.
The individual who is the confirmed Major winner will be sent a form to claim their prize based on the 'Ute or Loot' selection from the initial entry form. This selection can not be changed after claim form submission. 'Loot' selection will be $50,000 cash, awarded via EFT to the winner's nominated Australian bank account. How will I know if I am drawn the Major Winner?
The draw will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 03/04/2026. The Major prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
The Major Winner will have until 11.59pm (AEST) on 08/05/2026 to claim their prize.
